September Blaise-isms

Blaise requested that Uncle John bring his "fire stuff" when John came down for his September visit. John obliged his little nephew. I'm not sure how many hours they played firefighter.
40 Days for Life started here in September, and we went to the kick-off event. Blaise rolled around in the grass during most of the speakers, prayer, and worship music. Thankfully, there were other kids doing the same.

He had a fan club.
And then a couple of days later, he had an even bigger fan club.
Chiggers.
I put fingernail polish on them to try to contain them, but turns out that treatment might be an old wives tale. Either way, Blaise thought having pink "paint" on him was pretty neat.
A couple of funny Blaise-isms from September:

Blaise and I pray together at naptime. At naptime the day Zélie had her cast removed, Blaise asked me to tell Jesus, "Please bless the tool that RUMMMM the baby's cast off."

Blaise and I were reenacting the opening scene of Veggie Tales with our Veggie Tales hand puppets. I was Bob; he was Larry. The conversation went like this, just like on the DVD, only with one minor change:
Bob (a.k.a. me): Ok, Larry, it's time for the theme song.
Larry (a.k.a. Blaise): Uh, yeah. Bob, what do I do?
Bob: Hmmm...I know! You play the guitar.

Larry: Bob, I don't have any HAM.

Larry doesn't have any HANDS, but Blaise insisted it was ham. I always wondered why he giggled so much during the opening scene. No ham IS funnier...
My sweet boy.
